Use of the tools

PDFly provides general-purpose document utilities. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any file you select and for checking the output before relying on it. Features may change, be unavailable, or behave differently depending on your browser, device and file.

Your files and responsibilities

Do not use the service to process unlawful content or violate another person's rights. Keep your own copies of important documents. Although the bundled browser tools are intended to process supported files locally where possible, do not assume every feature is offline or suitable for confidential material.

No warranty

The website and tools are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every conversion will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, PDFly disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on generated files. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links to Google Play and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services are governed by their own terms.

These terms may be updated as the website evolves. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
